The Fourth Floor in Hotspur can drop below freezing during the winter and so we set about building our own studio inside the space. Every element has been recycled from our demolition in Hotspur — each nail has been straightened out, every panel of wood reused, the original insulation packed back into the new stud walls and even the carpet has been trimmed down to fit.

The studio has been constructed as a modular system so it can be dismantled into seperate panels and moved to a new location during summer. Here are more photos from the construction.
